Joining Dream Broker was my career transition into a role where I saw the opportunity to build my career and grow alongside a growth company. In the Sales unit, there is so much you can influence from just being curious, creative and willing to learn. You can definitely seek out challenges and push yourself!

As I got more exposure, I was surprised at the level of the people I was able to speak with and meet on a daily basis. In my role, there is a lot of networking and relations building. Spending time with customers gave me diverse insights on how different organisations operate, and how their communication works.

Another part of my role that I enjoy is the cultural exchanges with colleagues across different markets and countries. I can build relationships with people in the eight other countries where we operate. I often have lunch meetings with colleagues working in another country for example, via a video call. Traveling to events and Sales onboarding at our headquarters in Finland are always valuable experiences.
